The ACC, CLIA-Accredited Cruise Counselor (ACC), designation is conferred by Cruise Lines International (CLIA) upon dedicated travel Professionals whom have completed an extensive program of classroom training, cruise experience, ship inspections, and attendance at industry events. Making an ACC the best resource in choosing a perfect Journey or Vacation Dream. To serve my clients needs better my education will continue until I achieve Master Cruise Counselor (MCC).
I attended 5 training classes and passed their tests. Went on a 3 day Disney® Wonder Cruise in the Caribbean and a 7 day Carnival Cruise on their Elation to Mexico. I also had to tour 10 different cruise ships to familiarize myself with the products out there.
The Program takes approximately 2 years to complete, this is why the cruise industry is proud to recognize graduates as the consumer's most knowledgeable source of cruise vacation information, and recommends us highly to prospective cruisers.
